pqc崗位職責

職責描述:

1.審核產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量計劃(qc工程圖)，審批產(chǎn)品檢驗標準和作業(yè)指導書，評估檢驗工裝治具的效用及對檢驗員進行培訓的效果;

2.生產(chǎn)、pqc、oqc發(fā)現(xiàn)的過程/產(chǎn)品缺陷，監(jiān)督指導分析和處理過程;

3.客訴、rma客退數(shù)據(jù)分析并針對集中不良進行主導推動改善，監(jiān)督改善行動項的制定及實施提高客戶滿意度;

4.制程、檢驗質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)和報表的分析，總結梳理系統(tǒng)性流程改進;

5.整理內(nèi)外部臨時發(fā)生信息(檢驗要求、退料要求、出貨要求等)，有效傳遞并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行情況;
