- plan and conduct regular process audit at suppliers (vda6.3)
- support supplier assessments for quality aspects
- leading escalated supplier quality issues
- implement continuous improvement actions at suppliers to meet quality target ?
develop local suppliers to meet zf requirements ?
work closely with global commodity team for strategic tasks ?
support plants for supplier quality activities

skills, education and/or e_perience: ?
bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, steel forming, or metal material. ?
practical knowledge in machining and bearing manufacturing. ?
familiar with machining and assembly process, well know the key quality controls. ?
three years working e_perience in supplier quality field in the automotive industry ?
familiar with quality system such as iso/ts 16949, vda ?
e_pert of quality management tools ?
good knowledge of material specification and testing standards ?
skillful with ms office and internet applications ?
english (business fluent) ?familiar with project management ?
apqp-process-knowledge ?proactive and strict working style ?

mission:
assemble and install elementary parts, components, sub-assemblies (metallic, composite, electrical,...) or wire harnesses to build up electrical or mechanical equipment or m__n assemblies ready for testing while ensuring the conformity of all operations with the technical documents.
responsibilities & activities
inputs: elementary parts, components, sub-assemblies, wire harness and mechanical / electrical equipment
technical documents: production procedures, work plans, specifications, bills of material, drawings, 3d-pictures.
outputs: assembly, installation, integration and adjustment of mechanical parts, wire harness and mechanical / electrical equipment by using hand work, manual or driven tools / machines in conjunction with jigs / templates in order to assemble parts ready for testing with its associated production documentation incl. first level quality inspection to ensure the conformity of all operations like:
installation of engines and m__n gear bo_
installation of flight controls
assembly of __rframe components
trimming and processing of components made of composites material (cfrp & gfrp)
